Once again, Stratus Chamber Orchestra stretches the boundaries in a collaborative performance with the Denver Art Museum. Working with internationally renowned violinist and composer Gregory Walker, Stratus connects with the museum’s exciting exhibit, Samurai. Through immersive music and visuals, you’ll experience the culture and glory of Japan’s celebrated warriors.

Join the Colorado Women's Chorale as they welcome to Augustana Arts the newly formed Colorado Men's Chorale, led by conductor Jennifer Ferguson, in their premiere performance. The groups will croon about everyone's favorite emotion: Love. No emotion has sparked more writing, songs, poetry, joy and heartache. Let our songs envelop you and make you soar, swoon, and laugh. Gypsy Jazz Fundraiser
Gypsy Swing Revue
May 7, 2016 – 3:00-5:00PM – Augustana Lutheran Church

Join us for an afternoon of great swing music to support the programs of Augustana Arts. Food from a French café will be available for purchase. A fundraising game and special request will help support this fantastic musical organization!

Gypsy, or Swing, Jazz was said to be started by guitarist Django Reinhart in 1930s France. This light jazz genre is performed by small ensembles without drums and is great to listen and dance to.
