Dia de Los Muertos Música y Arte

In collaboration with Downtown Aurora Visual Arts (DAVA), join us for a bilingual afternoon children’s concert featuring Mariachi Las Dahlias, an all-female mariachi ensemble. Before and after the concert, spend time at DAVA getting hands-on with art-making activities, including painting sugar skulls and making a momento for the community altar.

Hear the future of music with the premiere of an audience-interactive piece, DarkRace for Orchestra, Electric Violin, and AI by composer Gregory Walker alongside works by Vivaldi, Milhaud, and Franz Liszt, composers who also pushed the boundaries of their time.
